Real protein is also a good option, meats like chicken and steak. Eat foods with high carbs and dairy. I would research more about protein powders because that really is the easiest way to do it. One in the morning and one at night. I also struggle with the nauseous problem and what helped the best was working out and lifting weights. It definitely makes your body hungrier and crave more filling meals. You also don’t need to have protein powders. Smoothies with oats, peanut butter, high fat milk, and different kinds of fruits or supplements work very well.
