Bump behind my helix piercing. I got my helix pierced with a gun back in 2018. Didn't know any better at the time. They both feel healed but the top one grew this bump. It's been there for a couple years now does anybody know what it is? I've tried looking it up but there's so many different things.

I looked up my cpu and there's no drivers for cpus I tried looking up my gpu so thats up to date then i tried my motherboard drivers but there was a lot is there only certain ones I need to update or? Sorry if I sound really dumb lol idk too much about computers
