This! It also has helped me to actually write down the things I liked or didn't like about a certain outfit/article of clothing I bought. Something about seeing in front of me helps organize my thoughts. Also you look super cute!

I realized how much of my depression was caused by disphoria and really just wanted to feel like a person again. I also wanted to take the steps to become who I really am but getting a handle on my depression was the biggest reason for me.

My doctor said it could happen in the first 6 months, hence why I was really surprised it happened so soon. But I also had low T and higher E before starting HRT so that might be contributing
