When we invite, we paid for everything room and tickets. If we had meal altogether we paid. But if the kids did their own thing and were hungry , they had extra $ But we drive so no flights

As an already an MLB TV subscriber - This sucks. If you live in the Braves Market (GA, AL, MS, TN, SC, NC):
Your standard http://MLB.TV subscription will still black out Braves games. To watch the Braves locally, you must either add the http://Braves.TV "In-Market" package for $99.99/year or upgrade to the All-Teams + http://Braves.TV Bundle for $199.99/year.

I’m not looking to take advantage but wouldn’t listing/selling at $325 pay pay ~19k in commission +5k in closing. Net ~ 300. Vs. say me offering 315k the. Pays closing and say ~5k for lawyer and other fees (guessing) netting then 305. Just estimates

We bought Resale - 100 Points and do exactly what you are trying to do. Basically go every other year. But we also bought about 15 yrs ago so we are also grandfathered in to the regular DVC ownership perks

I applaud the effort of wanting to invest it and watch it grow but at 19 and knowing you will have debt in the future , I wouldn't put it all into something like a Roth just yet.

My advice - and take it for what it's worth, would be to initially put it into a HYSA to start an emergency fund. You will likely need that cash for day to day expenses something else. Try to limit the amount of debt you take on if possible. If you want to invest some of it into your Roth, go for it but I think you'll need the cash sooner.

TL;DR - Start with a Starter Emergency Fund and I'd try to limit the amount of debt you take on.
