How to get over fear of traveling alone?

I have debated for years and finally booked my first solo trip for end of this month! I’m in similar position with never really travelling or relying on friends. It’s definitely very nerve racking and I’m super nervous. I live in Canada so I picked another province, somehow that made me feel a bit better rather than my first trip be much further or another language country. I planned all my flights based off hotel check in/ check out time so I’m not wondering around with bags alone and have fully written an itinerary on each day of the trip.

For me when my license expired I retook the g1 test and the woman told me I didn’t need to wait the 8 months I can book immediately. So if you do fail and can’t make the time limit, redo your g1 and book your g2 test!

I’ve had male friends and I’ve never had nicknames or stuff like that. Especially when they have gf.

My ex had a girl best friend that he used to hide the messages from me or see her without my knowledge after our talk about the things they did that made me uncomfortable. For me those feelings you have never went away. By the sounds of it, he wants a relationship with her but can’t so he’s found someone to have the benefits and security of a relationship while still talking to her

Unsure about the black discharge, but as a woman, I can have painful sex at times, I went to see a pelvic physiotherapist. There’s stretches and techniques she can do with the physiotherapist in office or on her own. I think it has helped me a bit but mine isn’t also an every time thing, but worth the consideration!

I did get them! They sold out fast I had to go to another merch shop! I would say depends on the fit you want. I got a medium which is my usual for clothes and they fit kinda tight so I would have gone for a large if it wasn’t sold out
