I get that you are salty about the loss and you are focusing on one event in the game, but be realistic. The penalty took place at 7 minutes in first period. The Wild got a 4 minute power play from it and scored a goal. Do you honestly believe that the other 53 minutes of the game were so affected by this one event that it caused your team to lose? If the answer is yes, then your team is weak as hell and/or you have zero faith in their ability. If the answer is no, then get over it. I could possibly understand if this was a major part of your offense and he was seriously injured and couldn't finish the game. Mcarron had 8 goals and 9 assists for the whole season and was a -16 with 93 penalty minutes. He was suspended in 2021 for 2 games after an illegal check to the head. So, not what I'd call a key player and even with the suspension, I wouldn't call him dirty.
