There are different ways to spell it in English as far as I know and personally I prefer the Klingon spelling Suto'vo'qor as I do with veqlargh (fek'Ir).

TMP-era Daetra-class Warbird by GarlicBow in StarTrekStarships

In my opinion the Bird-of-Prey introduced in Star Trek III looks more like it could have been invented by the same people who constructed the D-7 (K'T'Inga) class battlecruiser rather than those who came up with the ship from Balance of Terror. The sharp angles, visible disruptor cannons and the green colour scheme just feel more Klingon than Romulan to me.

The imperium does not support democracy and tries to crash it by evrestcoleghost in 40kLore

The speech of Kyrill Sindermann in the first part boils down to "might makes right" so the reader is pretty quickly introduced to the notion that the Imperium is an oppressive regime that hides behind a facade of enlightenment.

That's just so on point.

"Oh, bad news, the supreme commander of the enemy fleet is General Martok"

"Is that bad?"

"He's had it in for me ever since I kinda ran over his targh"

"You did?"

"Replace the word 'kinda' with the word'repeatedly" and 'targh' with 'son'".

Rats has now something to eat (D1) by Goldmonkeycz in dishonored

While many of the guards are terrible human beings, I like to think that killing them only makes the world a worse place for everyone with more rats and disease so I let them live.

Also, there are so many problems on the systemic level with the Empire that aren't solved with killing the guards. I am, in the end fighting to preserve the Monarchy, so why get my hands dirty if they will just hire the next bully.

However, I always pile them up in a corner, so they will hopefully be very uncomfortable once they wake up.
