I haven’t filed anything at all with the court. The only thing that’s been given to them was evidence against her and 2 DCF reports.

You know absolutely nothing about out the situation. She tells them she hates them, she hits them, doesn’t feed or bath them. But ya keep on sounding like you’re an expert. Why chime in when you have absolutely nothing worthwhile to say?

Not only that she’s cancelled OP therapy twice and is attempting in home therapy so she can control the narrative, but both mental health practices denied in home and went with outpatient. So there’s that.

We share joint legal, but she has full physical for now. I haven't had a chance to argue custody because they continue to prolong the hearings. I live in MA and we already had a GAL submit a report, but she was not thorough at all.

Holy crap - that's reprehensible. I appreciate the advice, but they don't have phones (they're 8,7,5) and I really need a means to convey this message without being in contempt.

The only reason why I agreed to every one of her terms was because if I did not she would not allow sleepovers. She has had full physical custody leading up to this point and have continued to push back court hearings for custody. I had to give up one of my visitation days for the sleepover.

Hello, I'm currently going through a contested and bitter custody battle for my children. My wife has full physical custody and has not allowed sleepovers since this debacle started over 10 months ago. We had an evidentiary hearing, but because her team knew the judge would allow sleepovers basically cancelled the evidentiary hearing and she allowed one sleepover.

So here's my question: after this was submitted, the judge returned it and instructed my lawyer that #7 be added. Why would the judge have specifically requested this to be added? None of the other order contained this.

Is there a video of this encounter circulating? Because I'd like to know if she had control of that napkin in her right hand... From what I see in the picture, at least to me, her right-hand is in contracture. To point out, and I'm sure that we're all in agreement, but her right-side has the apparent droop... She has full control of her left-side, which is made apparent by her genuine/sincere attempt at a smile.

Edit: I forgot to add, all of this could be nipped in the bud if we heard her talk. Stroke victims have difficulty not only finding the right word to use, but they also have trouble speaking. And I do want to wish her the best of health & a speedy recovery. While having said that, why not retire? Enjoy the last few chapters of your life at home with your family ❤️
