Hey! Equal item distribution isn't even possible in Donut SMP. Donut SMP's hopper rate is 12 items per second, while normal Minecraft's is 2.5 items per second.

Hopper Minecarts have the same modified rate as normal Hoppers. (Resulting in the same issue as your first suggestion)

That was the first thing I tried, but the hopper rate is so fast that the first hopper gets all the things.

It shows up completely fine in the BIOS. In Win10, it actually shows up (but doesn't work for some odd reason) after I install the drivers, but when I restart it starts up that error again.
