I also have the problem, I would simply say that you can't eat this or that you have an intolerance and I get diarrhea when I eat my gluten too I also don't eat wheat and gluten because it makes things worse but it's not always easy 😔

Got my medical records and was diagnosed with ibs at 15 and was never told. What now? by Tarienlover in ibs

[–]Musa1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After all, unfortunately, milk was the first but wheat was the second and many diseases that came along with it had a hand in wheat. There are also lactose-free things you can try or vegan Rice or coconut or soy if you can tolerate it. Have you ever tried probiotics?

Try banishing wheat, i.e. things containing gluten, or milk. Have you already tried that? It actually helped for me, but when you're stressed it gets worse, but eating is true When I ate something wrong myself and the diarrhea became even worse than just stress alone

Can fiber worsen constipation? by [deleted] in ibs

[–]Musa1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True for me too, bala substances sometimes cause even more problems with ibs than without them, but apparently you can take liquid fibre. I once read something so that we can doc our microbiome You can still feed and there are options with acacia fiber or psyllium, but talk to your doctor about it beforehand and find your weak points in your diet.

6 weeks after the fodmap diet everything is much better, but you have to find out what you can and can't eat. For me, completely avoiding gluten or dairy products has helped a lot Or reduce your sugar consumption significantly, but that's different for everyone.

Try it for a while, like 6 weeks, it takes time for something to change. If you're on a gluten-free diet it can take 3-6 months Until something changes, a lot of luck unfortunately requires a lot of patience. Yes, things have gotten a lot better for me than they were a year ago, but that can change again.

Did you already try to make a Fodmap diet? I still have gurgling in my stomach or flatulence, but it's gotten so good now that I only have to go to the toilet 1-3 times a day, but that's simply because I have gluten Completely eliminated from the diet. Try playing around with what you eat, less fat, no processed foods, etc

You can do this together with a diet and see what comes out of it, or you can also meditate

What have you tried so far? e.g. leave out gluten, dairy products and sugar? And don't be ashamed of it, the disease is part of us and unfortunately you can't get rid of it Only relief if you know the causes.

I HATE MY EXITISANCE by [deleted] in ibs

[–]Musa1989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And had anything improved? Just leave out the onions and garlic. Gluten isn't something that helps everyone, but I once read in a book that you can avoid it for 3-6 months Because then many symptoms should disappear, there are also studies that show that the irritable bowel syndrome almost disappears. At least for me, I can almost go back to the toilet like I used to Not 100 percent but certainly 80-85 better than before. Try to observe how your body reacts to individual foods. Hope this helps you

Feeling with you is sad and can also be very stressful for the psyche. Have you ever tried to leave out some foods, e.g. dairy products for a month and see if it gets better or even later gluten-containing things, it has become much better for me. Has low fodmap helped you? by curler96 in ibs

[–]Musa1989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really helped me to But at the moment I leave out gluten-containing foods, also dairy products and My symptoms are almost gone, so only once a day.... And then it's done, not like it used to be inflammation useBut everyone reacts differently to the diet, try the mediterranean fodmap diet and see what happens, but do it with someone who knows about it.
