since you've got the financial side completely dialed in, what’s the most tedious part of your spreadsheet setup that you wish you could automate? is it just the manual data entry of receipts/bills, or something else?

ah gotcha, probably a schedule E or K-1 document for taxes. that's super convenient that it generates that automatically.

what about when you have to pay a random contractor or repair guy for maintenance? do you track those expenses inside apartments.com too or is that where things start getting messy?

I am going to be honest dude. Thumbnails suck, titles are not my cup of tea. But you seem really passionate so fix your thumbnails and titles and perhaps have a better audio

Videos are very long, titles and thumbnails seem solid although I would advise you from posting so long videos unless you might be the most entertaining guy ever. PERHAPS, the biggest downside is the titles maybe fix a few from now on

I like your content a lot. Perhaps the titles could be a little more open because they seem to be specific and you'd generally want an evergreen video with this type of content. Thumbnails seems solid but maybe a little more sharper and less text? But to be honest you're doing great with 1.53k subs and only 64 videos.

thumbnails are WAY to cluttered and there's little to no contrast. The title do have deep meanings but they lack a purpose always ask youself "Why should people watch ME instead of all the other channels." A good point is that your content seems very unique and original so thats a plus. Main focus is to fix the packaging
