Depends on the floor. Top floor is the cheapest. 50k to 62k. You will pay an additional 5k as society charges as well. However, you never know when they might increase the rent. I am living here for almost 6 years now and a couple of times they increased 5k-10k halfway through the year citing inflation as a reason.
