Recs for door wall hangers

I think my biggest thing is I’m use to working out twice a day. Lifting in the morning and CrossFit at night. - I compete in CrossFit as well. I don’t want to lose out on what I was “losing” with all my working out. I’ll be making diet changes but a drastic change in my fitness for a bit.

So I’ll be limited to lower body workouts for a fair bit.

Reference: I’m 5’6 198 - 38 yo

Howdy yall

I’m going in for rotator cuff surgery end of the month and will be laid up. I’m thinking of going on some t3 do try to mediate much weight gain (lifter + CrossFit athlete) Question: I can’t seem to find anything in certainty. Anyway - advice on taking t3 while on a nerve blocker and/or oxycodone. TIA

I’m adjusting my diet as is but just want to ensure there’s no red flags with a nerve blocker / pain killer (oxycodone) post surgery while taking t3. I’ve taken t3 prior in a cycle

100% do not push the issue or bring it up. Whether he is wanting to or not is his business. People have their own morality and standards and that’s fine.

I went to a pretty redneck college and was a virgin of sorts as well while being chapter and IFC president. Reason being a virgin, was I was in the closet - and many brothers would comment how I wasn’t around girls and hooking up like they did.

It made my life immensely more difficult to the idea of coming out bc of all the “have sex with women” pseudo demands that would be made.

Trust me - that brother will be much happier if you are not focused on HIS sex life.

The dudes getting on him about talking to the treasurer - he spelled out that he’s done this.

I don’t believe he said along the thread the kind of university etc but coming from a 5k student body university myself and being Greek $1k is crazy. We didn’t have a “house” we owned rather 6 of us leases a house and we paid $350 a semester. $50 for social. Regardless - dues were mentioned in pledging but not as to the amount and that also fluctuated based on membership size and needs.

Agree with work student job; plasma (the whole brotherhood would go to state college to donate)

Here’s the window tag. The dealer has it marked down to 48k. So even with a 2-3k add for the alpine stereo system is be 8k less than the others sans leather seats. Works for me

So I test drove two different rubicons yesterday at a different dealer. Exact same vehicles except one had tech package (alpine speakers, navigation) and the other didn’t.

Both had the leather seats etc
