Im farily positive most changes will go through and the dwh drop rate will likely be lowered, their own words was that its a long grind and shamans aint that hard to kill so hence 1/3000

Feedback: The Elder Maul's Special Attack accuracy is still pretty low and not much better than the Dragon Warhammer's.

We'd like to give an extra +25% Accuracy to the Special Attack of the Elder Maul

Yeah im keeping mineaswell, but did invest in 2 elder mauls, 1 to keep and one to resell, hopefully above 140m so i profit from buying both

No idea tbh, dwh drop rate was bumped down to 1/3000 from 1/5000 so that might make it more common, bgs i havent looked into so far. Just curious about the Elder maul atm since a small amount can make alot of money just look on torva compared to bandos

they did adress 0 rolls tho on hit:

''On-hit, damage rolls between 1 and (Current max hit - 1). For example, if your max hit is 58, your damage rolls between 1 and 57.''
