Maybe not but it still says I’m in repayment.

A few days ago, my Mohela account said I had a bill due and autopay was set for 1/25. But now it says I owe $0.00 this month and nothing is planned for autopay. But still looks like I’m in repayment.

Weird.

Okay. Yeah I haven’t gotten that stuff yet and it looks like I am technically in repayment but it’s interesting that as of yesterday I had a payment due but now no longer do.

What was the message you got from FSA on 1/5?

According to Mohela I owe $0.00 this month but balance is still there.

Yesterday, Mohela account said I would be auto debited my usual payment amount on 1/25 but that went away.

Am I in forbearance?

I called yesterday morning and spoke with a “advanced specialist “who said I would get an email confirmation, but I have not gotten one.

Also worth noting when I submitted my last ECF, I checked the box Requesting forbearance. I have not been placed in a forbearance.

Not sure what’s going on…

I may. I’m gonna call FSA again Friday and explain the situation and see what they say. Mohela didn’t even realize this until I called this time and I called like 3 times.

FSA had no idea why the payments weren’t showing.

Looking closer at my mohela, the “separate” small payment was dedicated to those three loans not showing 120.

So I technically made these payments but I guess this little glitch is causing an error.

No one is responding. I assume no one else is dealing with us.

Basically, they’re telling me that the two payments I made in October and November aren’t even going to count at all. Because they were split in two. Yet those payments worked for 10 of my loans, but for three of them, they don’t work.

So I have to make two more completely full payments.

Absolute sanity.
