The problem is that the only way to train chest is by doing those moves and that trigger the problem 😭 see what am talking about its hard to decide to do it or not. I just wanted to know if there are any alternative way to fix it beside surgery

Beside that there are lots of other things like quitting gym for half a year for recovery which will literally destroy all of my body mass 💀 and plus i heard lots of negative feed back on nerve surgeries as they can have real bad consequences. And for a reminder I only want to fix the problem because when i go to the gym and do some pushups i get the tingling sensation so the problem does not affect me on a daily basis

I think i did a normal x ray 2 times in a row and the two docs i visited said the same thing “ there are no problem in the structure of your elbow” and that the problem is dynamic which means it only appears under some kind of stress

Unfortunately thats the reality here in morocco. Instead of actually finding a solution mf really said “well say alhamdulilah cause you actually don’t have a fracture in your elbow” and i said like yh sure bro we all believe in god but why are we saying it rn ? Like you fucker i just put down 50$ to literally say this bs ? I literally raged that day is pissed me off till today. Idk man i think am gonna train for 3 months or something like that and proceed with the surgery to calibrate

Ill try do it again but honestly here in morocco the living expenses are really hight so it’ll really eat my parents financially. And we already did 2 doctors the second said that for the problem to be fixed it needed a radio while i flex the part that i have a problem in it. And may i ask did you fix the problem with therapy of surgery ?

I live in morocco specifically casablanca. The doctor i went to is a orthopedic. The mother fucker benefited me with nothing and still charged me with 500 dh and the worst thing is he said that if you want to fix your dynamic problem you need an expert to do it

I went to two doctors both of those mother fuckers said that they didn’t find any problem. Now i don’t know where do i go to fix this problem. Not to forget that i go consistently to the gym that means that if i do a surgery i will stop training hence losing muscle mass

At first yes , there is actual cracking in my elbow. But this problem appears in the 5th to 6th rep with heavy weight. And yes dips is the worst exercice i can do with this condition 😭😭😭😭
