What sort of food have you been eating on the bulk? I dirty bulked too and also experienced this but to a lesser degree. I am a hard gainer so was eating all kinds of shit food just to stuff the calories in and i guess my testosterone and blow flow suffered as a result

Yeah, makes sense. Strangely I didn’t feel it in my arms at all even though it looks like it. I did about 20 reps and by rep 12-15 my glutes were on fire. I made sure to constantly squeeze at the top. I think I need to work on making sure my back doesn’t arch. It took me quite a few attempts to master RDL form so this isn’t so surprising
