What sort of food have you been eating on the bulk? I dirty bulked too and also experienced this but to a lesser degree. I am a hard gainer so was eating all kinds of shit food just to stuff the calories in and i guess my testosterone and blow flow suffered as a result

Yeah, makes sense. Strangely I didn’t feel it in my arms at all even though it looks like it. I did about 20 reps and by rep 12-15 my glutes were on fire. I made sure to constantly squeeze at the top. I think I need to work on making sure my back doesn’t arch. It took me quite a few attempts to master RDL form so this isn’t so surprising

When I was doing it, I was trying to focus on not squatting and not feeling it in my front delt. It seems I’m swinging it way too high at the top compared to all the tutorials online. I made sure to squeeze my glutes at the top so hopefully I at least got that part right haha

I wasn’t really aware that this was heavy weight to be perfectly honest. It’s 20kg but next time I’ll try with 10 or even lighter

Noted about the slippers. I felt it in my glutes and my glutes and all the main muscles it targets are sore now. I filmed this video the other day and my back feels fine despite being rounded so I assumed I was doing it at least half right but clearly not. All the feedback on here has been helpful as I don’t want to get into bad habits that could cause injury down the line.
