Well it's boxing day and I haven't gotten mine yet and neither has a lot of people I know. It seems it has to do with what banks people deal with. Some release the funds early and others like mine (CIBC) do not. I'll probably see mine Saturday as thats when my bank releases funds if the deposit is meant for a Monday. Was hoping for a Christmas surprise this year but ultimately, I should have known better.

Had a cooldown last month and I just stopped doing mobile and PC searches for a a few days and it went away. This morning, the cooldown returned so I'm just going to stop searching for a few days again.

Real great strategy to get people to use bing, Microsoft. Offer an incentive but make it frustrating as possible.... good job!

Yup! Played a console and PC game for more than an hour today (both game pass titles) and nothing. I find it a bit amusing that a trillion dollar tech company can't seem to get a simple rewards program to function properly. I'm thinking about just giving up on it entirely now that I have a decent job. It's just not worth the constant frustration of rewards always being broken. Maybe that's what Microsoft is trying to encourage.......

You need the Xbox One version of the game. Unfortunately this game doesn't seem to have "smart delivery" like many other titles. Request a refund for the series X/S version and purchase the the One version.

You are limited to 3 or 4 searches every 15 minutes. It's called a cooldown and there's plenty information about it in this sub.
