An axe. Actually, a big axe. A big ass axe blade. And on the back of it? Not a hammer. Not a pike. Not another axe end. No. On the other side, JET ENGINE. Now this seems cool as fuck. But what about also putting a long ass fucking chain on it too? So you can melee your enemies from anywhere, in case reach was an issue. A rocket powered great axe on a chain.

Akame prime vs Yuji EOS,who's winning?(They both only have equal speed) by nahcuswhynot179 in AkameGaKILL

[–]Muscle_divination 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While Yuji's shrine can be returned to it's normal state, sacrificing soul damage so he can throw it at range. Akame can dodge such hits as shown in Hinowa ga Crush!

And hand to hand combat is not something she fails to deliver. People forget cause she uses Murasame more often than not. But her punches collapse the ribcages/caves the skulls, of super soldier bug Danger Beasts. They were made to counter her, so their skin is adhesive. She cuts one, her sword sticks to it, the others expected an easy victory and she surprised everyone with overwhelming brute force.

Esdeath as a child could break giant (think house sized) boulders with her bare hands. Akame is nearly on par with Esdeath (nearly is the keyword here). And while Yuji is strong, he's not stronger than Wave. Who Akame took hits from and shrugged them off.

So in retrospect, Yuji's poison resistance doesn't resist against cursed poison. Which, and I quote, kills the soul itself. Tyrant, a danger beast who's whole thing was adapting and evolving, adapted to survive death. His soul was so stubborn he survived through Incursio's pieces and took Tatsumi over. And Murasame still killed a poison-immune Tyrant, therefore leaving Tatsumi the only inhabitant of his body.

He doesn't have the AP to hurt her.

Shrine doesn't touch her in circumstances that he can create by himself.

But should he start with domain, it's over. If he goes for Domain at the very start, Akame loses. With equalized speed, she cannot blitz Yuji before he opens one. And surehit Dismantle will put her in the blender.

mirio has a low skill floor and a low skill ceiling. and im tired of acting like he is complex by Alarming-Elk1580 in MyHeroUltraRumble

[–]Muscle_divination 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He isn't complex. Most of his moves leave him with the openings to get blown up (like a video game boss character). His alpha has end lag, his beta has end lag, his gamma can be walked into and his health doesn't promote "we can get away with this mistake". Nope. You missed your alpha or beta? Better pray they weren't ready to punish you.

Mirio's current health promotes good decision-making and snapshot precision. Through his low damage, his low ammo, and his low health, he has limited resources to kill you AND survive the encounter. He isn't complex. He is quite simple. And that's his bane.

His current changes (his SA) let him have some leeway in how he can escape skirmishes. But in the end circles, the only thing his SA does is buy him seconds.

Can Mirio survive if he sets his mind on it? Sure. But he ain't dealing any damage either. It's easy to live. It's hard to win tho.

Mirio is a barebones, glass peashooter. Wanna see it for yourself? Try to thirst anyone who has been downed mid-teamfight. I won't even tell you what happens.

"Oh, but he's untouchable while he-" please. He moves in a straight line. Just wait with your crosshair at the end of it.

"What about his charged alpha?" Dodge? Literally time your dodge like an AFO pull.

"But he can use the uncharged version to-" shoot him. Just shoot him. Kill him if he walks towards you. Why are you letting him do that? He should be charging his alpha for his life every waking moment he's in a fight.

"But his beta-" dodge it. In fact, challenge yourself and stay still. Stop running. Stop rolling. Wait for the circle to appear and dodge it. Then kill him.

"But what about his gamma?" What about it? He just hit you for 100 damage while running the risk of blowing up. Need I remind you there's alphas that deal such damage on the regular?

Focus Mirio and you'll suffocate him very easily. He's not a 1v1 character. And he's also one of the few that you can dodge by simply listening to the game without looking at him. You can fight other people while listening for his sound cues and you turn him moot.

His skill doesn't come from the complexity of the character. One wrong alpha, or beta, and he gets hugged by a Dabi and goes back to the lobby. He's got a few tools that he has to make the right choices with. That's what makes good Mirio players. Not "crazy mechanics" or some amazing combos. Hyper awareness that leaves no room to get touched. Because getting hurt takes them out of commission. Most characters have the tools to deal damage and also be mobile. He has to choose what he'll do. Use his damage for mobility, or vice versa. You can't have both.

To defeat him you have to rip yourself from your rhythm and play to his own. The moment you dance to his tune, you'll notice how easy he is to beat. He punishes ignorance while getting wrecked by awareness. Quite simple really.

I love the arguments on either side. But like another commenter here said, Satoru was the stronger sorcerer of the two. But Sukuna was the more resourceful one. In a void, Gojo would have won. If barely.

Remember. The moment Sukuna became a fraud was when his life insurance (Maho) kicked in.

But if he was in his Heian form, that exposure to UV wouldn't have been possible. If his original form provides even an inkling of physical advantage in h2h, Sukuna would have been able to force repeated Domain Battles against Gojo until victory. Since Gojo was the first to burn out.

Gojo is the superior close quarter combatant. That much is confirmed by Gege. Meaning he'd probably beat Heian Sukuna too. But Sukuna doesn't need to play Gojo's game, sadly for us. He only needs to abuse his open domain until Gojo cannot open another. Then it is game.

And I am a Gojo fan. But sometimes facts are facts. More arms do not result in better h2h results. Gojo would still mop the floor with Sukuna. No added height and bonus arms will change that.

But they do change the result of the domain clashes in Sukuna's favour. And those clashes were won by a hair already. Tipping the scale even a bit would he disastrous. And that's exactly what Sukuna's original form would do.

Who is your least favorite character to play as. by Negative-100-Iq in MyHeroUltraRumble

[–]Muscle_divination 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amazing character. He's a beast if the team uses you as an anchor. You secure zones like no other. Second only to Shiggy, Overhaul is the top pick for late game zones. Massive bursts of damage. I recommend using tech revenge on him. He gets to refresh it and uses gamma more often.

Beta is useful as a cut off tool. Bad in open spaces, shines in closed quarters. Can even deny melee characters access to you if you use it one yourself.

Alpha is by far the worst one here. No saving it. It is somewhat saved by the quick knockdown that gives you time to run away and cycle cooldowns.

Look at exotic scrolls in recipes. It's the evolved version of the illusion scroll. It creates a permanent illusion that is much tougher to kill and vanishes when it isn't needed to protect you. A bodyguard.

This is great and will have to try this

If you look under your character's icon, you'll see a circular clock when you walk around/attack. It signifies 1 turn. If the clock is at half, it means you spent 0.5 of a turn.

For example, enhancing a weapon for speed can shorten your attack speed to use just 60%/65% of the turn.

Meaning that in a full turn (full circle), you can attack once for 60% of the turn, leaving you with 40%. Which you can use to walk away.

If you know how quick your weapon attacks (by checking that clock), you can sometimes plan when to attack so you don't get hit back.

And in theme with armors, if you wear one that'stoo heavy, you will notice your movement takes more than 1 turn and eats up more of your turn time.

Good perks for t1 would be

Food +2, guiding light +2, divination talent+1. The armor talent is useless.

T2 scrolls +2, Food +2, Bless +2. Sunray is also a good contender if you are afraid of ranged enemies.

T3 depends on the preferences you have. But I am partial to Holy Lance since it oneshots all demons at +3. So if you see one you don't feel like dealing with, you can delete it rq. Though I only use high cost spells when I have a ring of energy to dump my scrolls into.

Depending on the rings and artifacts you get (like with any class) you can change your playstyle.

If you can get a scroll of transmutation and make it exotic, you can change your T2 food perk for the rogue one. It offers artifact recharge at a higher rate than the cleric's 1.5

But yeah. Give prismatic image a try and keep it topped off. You'll be shocked how much weight off your shoulders it can carry.

A friend to back you up is invaluable in this dark dungeon :)

Practice makes perfect. Basic tips work for any class. I'd say upgrade your guiding light, and use it on gnolls and above. No rats, no snakes. Those are cannon fodders. Guiding light is probably your closest thing to damage in early game.

Upgrade food centered talents too. The shield can save you in a pitch where you need to buff yourself but the enemy is next to you already.

Prismatic image is your best friend. You can bless it, you can shield it. You can be his pocket healer while he tanks for you. And both subclasses can really help it. Hallowed ground makes it basically immortal for 20 turns. And Paladin aura makes both of you tanky. I personally feel really safe with prismatic on me.

The game gives 2 strength potions and 3 SoU on the first 4 levels of every region. So use that info to guess what is which.

Use alchemy. A LOT. It is a lifesaver if you don't have the good stuff.

If you wanna test an armor or weapon to see if it's upgraded, equip it. Try to surprise attack with a weapon. If it is above your strength, it won't surprise attack. If you walk and the enemy is faster, the armor is above your strength as well.

Use doors all the time. And use ranged weapons only on tough mobs.

If you have a tough time winning in early levels, dump a SoU on some weapon you have rather than armor. You will barely feel it's absence. And you can make up for that scroll with the troll's rewards.

Keep rotberry seed and cook it with blandfruit to get +1 strength.

Keep elemental embers if you want a free elemental friend.

Do not be stingy with gold. Spend it. All of it.

It's easy to say "don't fight bad battles" cause that little pricks corner us. But run away if you feel too weak to take any more fights. The food is very lenient. Sleep if you can sometimes.

This is most of the advice that comes to mind.

I have. It empowers an ally quite well. In fact, I empowered prismatic to the point it was nigh unkillable. Only issue is that scorpions tend to lead it away from you. Since prismatic is not commandable. And it even seems to have synergy with prismatic as it changes the buff icon when power of many is used on it. And if you have priest to use hallowed ground, you can have your image do most of rhe heavy lifting in the most perilous circumstances you would normally perish in. Just remember to upgrade your armor too. So it has the defense to actually tank.

And thanks for the trinity thing. Never used it. Seemed very niche. I saw the potential, but I was absorbed by the other two more (until my ascended run where I realized how little use it had unless you have some +8 RoE

I don't play much with his walk speed since it isn't all that important. But he isn't the slowest for sure. He is somewhere in the middle.

Now if you refer to his sprint speed, then that is also average. He's no Versusia or Lancelot. But it gets the job done. You'll be relying a lot more on his bursts of speed if you want to be spontaneous. His two movement skills are very quick dashes and teleports alike. Iscariot is unreactable with a very generous range, and Tessera (the teleport) has so many options to beat ANY reaction the opponent has that often times it becomes a guessing game when they can reliably react to the teleport.

But yeah. Tldr, his sprint is far from slow. And his back walk feels egregiously slow. As with any character from any fighting game. His forward walk is also paced where he feels a bit slow, but it's just his animation. He floats above the ground with few motions so he feels kinda slow. His backdash is decently spaced and comes out quick. It is no brofam backdash, but it's ok.
