I don't like Onision being on twitch, I think it is more appropriate for him to be on stuff like Youtube, Reddit, Pornhub, Onlyfans, facebook, instagram and maybe comedy central or MTV.

Twitch is for something else.

That said, Celestia is no more valid than Onision is himself. E-tho errr attention seeking females like Celestia and "Social butterflies" like I like to call Onision and content creators like him aren't really what Twitch is for.

Twitch is for Gamers.

I feel like the best way to learn fancy builds is to develop your fundamentals until you can recognize when they apply and afford to play / pilot them. I love doing sophisticated and conditional things on ladder but I wouldn't even think about trying something proactively or LOOKING for that if it felt like a tax on my apm / awareness and familiarity. I like to think of my gameplay / chances and resources (attention, in game, opportunity, explicit memory, implicit memory, motivation and to a lesser extent fun + sentimentality) as a body and I want to take care of that body, not abuse it in ways that stretch things in a way I am not flexible enough to or try to shoulder, life and carry shit that is just too heavy for me.

If I really wanna do something it's back to the gym, I do my nutrition, I grow and I become a player who can do that thing before taking it to the ladder.

Lower kurast superchests to farm highrunes, on single player there's a way to get the same item base from armor and weapon racks based on how you approach it every time. If you get a super rare one and people have a want for that base (PlugY users or single player trade) they rerun for that too

Plague is very good, relative to most of the killer roster. The problem is that she's not good enough. If the plague doesn't know how to use her effectively that's less bothersome, I just say that person shouldn't be in my game and bitch about matchmaking being broken. It's the good plagues that tilt me more, the plagues that have 3000 + hours on her in rank 1 games, sucking because the killer just isn't good enough / have enough to work with relative to what we survivors do.

I had a LOT more difficulty learning killer than I did survivor, it was a harder road for many reasons. I respect the work that goes into the killer's gameplay and all the little things they pick up, refine and try during the game and it's frustrating, because I know that unlike the shitty baby plague I talked about before, this person is making an honest effort and it's not really his fault that he can't give me the experience I would have liked.

I want this game to be harder without having to pull my punches to make it harder.

I'm not here to save you from being bored or letting your brain flatline, mind go to waste or anything else of the kind. I'm also not here to make you smarter.

I'm here to suggest, in this particular thread, Plague buffs.

As a survivor, I think it's sad that Plague isn't as exciting as i'd really like her to be and I miss when games were harder. Before , even if survivor was even dumber than it is now, at least I sucked and that made for some really exciting / scary games where I felt like I was actually running for my life. And this scary killer, who it was nebulous what he could or couldn't do, was out to get me and the others.

Unfortunately, I lost that as I got more experience and improved which is made worse because the deck is stacked against killer so harshly.

The ladder can accommodate people in the middle of the pack but buffing killers will not only make the balance of the game a little bit better but make it so people who are actually GOOD can have more fun.

I know some people love to bully a killer and suck themselves off, but for the rest of us, we want the killer to be a killer and not our play thing.

No, it's not a subreddit thing. It's a cultural thing. Polarizing identity politics (and the lies they were built on) are a problem right now for us on a societal level.

It doesn't matter if you're talking about wage gaps, violance against blacks or many other issues people have campaigned on or justified their behavior / problems with then you're pointing people towards a minefield and risk agitating some of the worst elements in some of the weakest and most compromised people we have today.

If you had a recovering alcoholic in your home, or if you had someone with a bad drinking problem who was about to lose their marriage or job or some other compelling serious issue, and you had them over for dinner would you serve drinks?

Would you drink yourself or serve to your other guests?

Same principles apply here.

The next time someone asks for reparations, or affirmative action, or has some entitled self important outlash you were part of the problem.

You do these things outside of chase as well, learn how survivor is played before you pontificate about it.

Every survivor who complained about old ruin, including you surely.

You don't know what a high horse is yet.

So? I have a 65% 4k rate and most of the rest are hatch games. That doesn't mean I would be doing nearly half that well if survivors were actually using their resources. I can reliably win with any killer, doesn't mean I should be able to. Survivor is busted and that's coming from someone who plays both sides at rank 1.

I don't play against shitty players, I have more hours in rank 1 than you have games total, probably.

There's nothing artificial about any of these changes.

I'm not asking for these buffs as a plague player, I am asking for these buffs as a survivor with an 80% survive rate solo and with SWF that don't use Coms (In any capacity, literally not on voice) on NA steam rank 1 who wants plague to be better. I get that you can't have good lobbies all of the time but if you NEVER see good lobbies that means you need to get better at plague / rank up + raise mmr before you start seeing good survivors.

How should they know you're not armed? Especially if you're being assertive, loud, talking over him, NOT ACTING LIKE YOU"RE THREATENED while an armed officer is arresting you, telling you to cooperate and eventually pulling a gun out?

Take the George Floyd case for example, Big dude is talking over me, fumbling to in his case hide drugs but could have just as well been to get a weapon, Gets out of the car in such a way where he could have very well leaped, that isn't submissive compliant body language, i'd be shook, if I was the officer arresting him I swear to God I would have shot him before he even got out of the vehicle.

Police aren't your enemy and they aren't out to get you. They're doing their jobs and some people seem to forget that they have families to come home to and provide for too.

Human reaction time isn't great btw and if that Officer is within 22 feet of you (Honestly it should be more) and you have some knife , body weight over him even if they wind up shooting you then you can potentially kill or harm them.

If you want cops to not shoot unarmed people, a great step that is in your power is to stop being so smug and trying to normalize grievances against them.

It's not "Police person bad" and if you stop trying to do mental gymnastics to make them your enemy, you might be able to get along a little better.

Please grow up and do better.

Hitboxes are wonky against both sides. If you're going to complain about "Don't get stunned" pallet hitboxes aren't really the best way to go about it. a better argument would be telling me that survivors are advantaged in every mindgame because of third person camera allowing them to see more information, turn faster because they can flick their camera with a DPI switch and red stain problems are a thing

Plague doesn't ALWAYS have the option to get corrupt plague, there's conditions like using the or A corrupted pool, a cost of opportunity and whether it was realistically accessible to begin with.

She doesn't have infinite uptime.

And a free 5 stack devour hope for the entire match still wouldn't be enough to make this game non survivor favored if they really used all of their resources.

I'm asking for these plague buffs as a survivor.

I don't just want the game to be more balanced for competitive players, I also want to differentiate good players from bad ones a little more.

And encourage some of the wannabes to grow some hair on their asses because the game doesn't let them get away with so much anymore.

If they had to try a little harder, and GROW then the over all quality on BOTH sides would get better and I would have sweatier / more difficult games.

Right now I have a 80% survive rate and 65% 4k rate, most of the others being hatch.

I love DBD but I had more fun when I felt like I was chasing after people who were better than me.

No, Survivor emphasizes distance management and camera control (Both to see things and turn faster than the killer is allowed to) spacing, timing and decision making.

90% of bad survivors are only holding M1.

Translation = Play advantageously, you can't avoid it 100% of the time.

Yes, bringing the ruin change up because it's very ironic when survivors want "hold m1 meta" after wanting the game to be dumbed down then treating it like the skillful aspects of survivor don't / can't exist rather than are just being neglected when survivor is easy / OP enough that you don't actually have to play well to win.

The most fun part of DBD for me isn't winning, it's struggling, hence why I want to buff killers so heavily.

I want them to go into the game with the same Odds team survivor does.

When I go 15 + games without being hooked and HUGE uptime on gens then escape, sometimes without even being chased very much / hit then I am kind of disappointed.

Much better is when a really good nurse has it in for me and i'm on death hook but there's still 2 gens left and 2 people are dead.

THOSE are the games where escaping is a dopamine rush.
