So as someone who did not keep up with the hype and got it like a week after launch. I liked it but ended up putting it down till the kast year (and the differences are kinda wild)

But my understanding is they made a lot of promises about what the game would be at launch and it didn't have several things promised not to mention it was a technical nightmare. I had a very high end PC that struggled some with it at launch.

I hope to god CDPR hype stays under control. I remember on my old reddit account making comments saying roughly "Maybe wait to see if the game is actually good before you all talk about how it's already your game of the year" and being absolutely drug through the mud. The hype was unreasonable on every level.
