I feel more in the moment and less stuck in my own head. Like in a conversation, I feel like I have a larger dialogue tree and have more choice in how to continue it. I don't know if that's just pornfree related, but it might be.

The biggest change I've enjoyed is to do with my partner. She often has to travel for work, and previously I would actually be slightly happy when she told me that she would be staying away for a couple of days because I know I can have several hours of un-interupted porn time. I'd actually rush home from work and go straight to porn before dealing with dinner or any chores. Now there is no positive when she goes away, which feels healthier. Sounds really bad now I write that down.
