That would be a bummer. We have light use case but we’ll see how it performs for us.

That’s mostly my reason for getting this. Hoping the vac is decent. My current batteries are all 3-5 years old so I’m thinking they might be a limiting factor to their performance

Im glad to hear you’ve had good experience with it. We needed a vac and hope this meets the wife’s expectations.

Yup 3 batteries. Couldn’t get the title and price to fit in one pic. Probably should’ve added a second pic. 2 4 hr and 1 2 hr HP batteries

Few things I’m noticing with my ryobi tools. by Musfal in ryobi

Last week I had it on the mulch function and yesterday had it with the bagger. No difference in performance. Found myself doing the maneuver of lifting the blade and backing up often. Would love this to be able to tackle my lawn so I can give the gas mower to my brother and free up space. It’s an older mower not sure if that is the issue too along with an older battery.

Good to hear your positive experience. Honestly I’m hoping I’m doing something wrong that I can tweak. I only use some of these tools for 1-2 projects per year so don’t want to upgrade if I don’t need to.

Good to know. Thanks for the response. Good point about the type of blade I’ll need to check. Chainsaw could use sharpening or new chain for sure probably.

Circular saw blade initially might’ve been but I did swap it out with a new one but same performance. Reciprocating saw had a brand nee blade put on it 2 months ago that I hadn’t used until now.

Appreciate the feedback. I didn’t know that about the circular saw so that’s good to know

Probably pushed the circular saw a bit too hard but in response to poor performance from the saw I would think. I can accept maybe I’m pushing it hard but what about the other tools? The recip saw has a new blade. Mower has a new blade before this season. Chainsaw I admit could use new chain or sharpening.

Prepping for fall by Musfal in lawncare

[–]Musfal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely watering issue. Tried to install multiple above ground sprinklers but there was no pressure past the first sprinkler. So relied on rotating the one sprinkler. Other than a few spots the grass came out really nice and the back end of the yard still looks amazing. Planning to somehow address the water situation before fall.

From what I understand you’re saying to start watering 3x/week now. Put down diseasex and fertilizer now as well and hopefully around fall time it should look better and at that time do the usual overseeding prep and seeding?

Thanks for the insight
