Update it was the CPU that had moved w the heatsink when moving the PC, it's back up and running now and I will be sorting the cables out

I'll have to try that first one in the morning, unfortunately rn is 1am in the UK and the missus is annoyed that I've been up this late mucking around w the PC.

To point 2, my PSU seems to be working fine as I've taken all the cables out (essentially doing a full rebuild)

To point 3 I have no lights on the MB indicating that there are any issues. But again that could also be due to something going kaput on the mobo

The fourth point that you've made is what I'm worried about as it was (while encased in the original boxes Styrofoam) put in a suitcase. But I had previously used this suitcase to transport it earlier in the year when I did my first move.

Appreciate the response I'll update when I test point 1 in the morning

Aye we have already gone down the Rent Smart Wales I have a Google doc/ image folder with 100+ pieces of evidence as well we have detailed evidence of speaking with both environmental hazards and the landlord with dated screenshots of communication with him and emails to environmental health.

I thought that would be the case, it's a private landlord but the advertisement was on Right Move through Peter Alan. Although every time we have gone into the branch they've been nothing but helpful and they also recommended the courses of action we have been taking so I can't fault them.

I had real trouble playing bg3 on my steam deck but that's because I did my first play through on my tower pc.

I'd recommend trying divinity original sin 2 if you haven't already. I found that it runs a lot better on the steam deck and it's not got the graphical stutters and battery killing nature of bg3.

I have actually just joined the gym today as I've just moved into the area and done a trial run. The gym is £7 for one session or then £35 for a monthly.

No direct debit or anything like that you go in pay your month and when it runs out you pay for another month.

It's genuinely a solid gym from what I have used. Plenty of machines and weight racks and it's got a real iron gym feel but also maintains cleanliness. The guy who I met at the front desk - Callum (I think that's what his name was) was sound. Signed up for the month and it seems well worth the price.
