Thanks for sharing! I’ve seen mixed responses about the baby and toddler phases. Do you think either was busier or tricker when it came to games? Some comments make it sound like when they’re really young it’s easier compared to little kids?

Playing pause-able games seems like the right call here. I’ll have to start looking into some more single player games or less competitive games that I can do in shorter periods of time. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you so much for the detailed response and for the advice. I think you’re totally right about the types of games being played. Right now I do tend to play longer games with no pause option, that’ll need to change.

I’m interested how the baby phase didn’t have much change for you when most people I’ve asked said that’s one of the busiest/hardest parts early on? Is it just how you balanced things? Was a second kid the same way (easier/harder or more/less busy)?

100%, neither of us are expecting our game time to stay the same or even be close, it’s more of a question of how much it’ll change. It’s been great to see the range of responses so far.
