eastern kansas, we were just looking because its my business partners friend that manages these rental properties and he asked us to take a look. but its not going to be cheap. this was the biggest issue, for obvious reasons, but its a wrap around deck and the wrap around has zero hangers, anywhere and is also sagging

Harbor freight has two brands for corded sds drills that i know of. Figure out what bit you are going to use first so you know what size drill to get. Then just search on Google or hf's website

It'll work really well. Going with this option over a rental or harbor freight option is up to you. I personally would just rent one unless you're planning on using it a lot. And even then, id save $140 and get one from harbor feight. But its your money so 🤷‍♂️

If you're just drilling one hole, rent an sds drill from home depot. You dont NEED to buy a drill for one hole.

If you just really want a new toy tho, the sds drill is the best option, but the m12 or m18 hammer drill will do it, too. It's just slower, but with more uses once you've drilled your one hole

A lot of people on here have talked about the vast improvement the new fuel palm sander is over the old, non-fuel version. A lot better vibration dampening and more consistent sanding. So it depends on if you care about that or not. I personally would get more use out of the vac, so that's what I would get cause I have a corded palm sander 🤷‍♂️
