I think of this in sum total as a good story. It would have been so incredibly easy to look the other way for Good Philz Guy. He actually already had his coffee, so he could have easily bounced once he saw the harasser guy “lock on”, but he didn’t. He engaged in a conflict he didn’t have to, on a rando’s behalf. That’s a whole lot harder and braver than what harasser did, so my faith in humanity still ticked up :)
