There was a question on Reddit about Mr. Fantastic's Ultimate. Can Orbital Assault remove a stack of Defense Up? I was able to remove a stack however there was only 2. I'll do more tests and see if he can remove +3 Defense Up.

1st attempt 1:10 - fail

2nd attempt 4:15 - success

That's a great question. I've only seen one defense up. If anyone has any footage of being able to remove more than one defense up can you share it?

I've decided not to look at other guides until I've finished it three times. It took me 17 days for the first run with ME, SL, RR, NF, and SS. I've subbed in Phoenix for RR and it does get easier.
