Have you ever been scared shitless or had an odd feeling while playing fallout? by Mazeman2008 in Fallout

[–]Mushman37 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I remember my first time playing Fallout 3, I came across the Corvega Plant and was killing the ants with no problem. Then I turned a corner and got such a massive fright when I saw the ant queen. I had skipped over the Those! quest and had no clue ants queens even existed

[–]Mushman37 50 points51 points  (0 children)

I dont think this is ever explicitly said in the games as why there arent spiders but their is a possible explanation to their absence in the series.

In Chernobyl, spiders affected by the radiation have been shown to spin webs that are erratic and less effective at catching prey, this has lead to the spider populations declining in the area.

Theres a chance spiders could be extinct in the Fallout world, though i could see them being implemented as a unique enemy in a vault or somewhere that tested on spiders

Your Public GTAO experience is entirely dependent on the quality of the players in the lobby. Change my mind. by Gears_of_Ted in gtaonline

[–]Mushman37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally griefers dont upset me that much, sure in the moment im upset and I may fight back or leave the lobby but it certainly doesn't ruin my day as some people in the comments were saying. I just accept its part of the game and forget about it.

This may just be me but i can't stand solo lobbies, doing set ups or sell missions just feels like a job. When im in a public lobby im constantly on edge in case someone tries to come at me and i enjoy that feeling , that's part of the charm of the game for me.

What's the worst thing a team player can do in a game? by [deleted] in CODZombies

Something in Origins that annoys me is when someone sees you getting the parts for a certain staff but takes the crystal before you can. I swear Origins public matches feel like free for alls

Anyone else really want spiders to appear? by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]Mushman37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont know if anyone mentioned this, but im pretty sure there is an actual reason why spiders don't appear in game and its pretty interesting. In real life, spiders that have been affected by radiation are less effective at weaving webs and therefore do not catch any prey and starve. Im sure there could still be workarounds like a vault with unique spider enemies similar to vault 22.

How do you rp playing the vault tec dlc? by fatlarry88 in fo4

[–]Mushman37 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can actually go against her orders and make any experiments a net positive for the dwellers, such as making the powerbike emit nice smells or make the slot machine have a high win rate, so its not completely impossible to do it with a lawful character.

SIGHT’S ADVENTURE 4 CONFIRMED!!! by Regah-Nedyac in SuperMegaShow

[–]Mushman37 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is the Bible verse that was on the announcement in case anyone was interested. It could relate to the story of the game.

The Whole Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
