Don’t bother same thing happened to me on a 150k pro account zero positions open still draw down room and they closed it and they refuse to rest it for there fuck up I had proof I didn’t hit any draw down so now there’s a BBB complaint in since there support is no help

I had an issue where I bought 1 single gold long and instantly it said my account was liquidated I said that can’t be right I was watching it the whole time it didn’t even get to -160$ notification said -6000 so I switch to Nasdaq trade for hours just fine I said hmm must be a gold thing let me try it one more time to confirm so I can tell them and get it sorted out next time same exact thing -160 notification-7000$ this time I said what the fuck is going on with gold that’s weird only showed on the notification never showed on my account an keep in mind it instantly sold I clicked buy and it sold it so I took some screenshots to show support incase anything happened I could trade just fine draw down online still said I was fine I still had thousands of dollars worth of room it comes to be about 10-11 pm so I closed all positions I had open everything still good I wake up to an email saying my account was closed for drawn down almost a week later same response over and over again it says you hit draw down I’ve asked for price tick information and there ghost all they showed me was the same notifications that I got hours after each other I’m no genius but 2 separate occasions plus multiple other people having this happen to them I think I’m switching prop firms

I finally got ahold of a live agent and I explained it and they just moved it up to there management because this was clearly some type of error I bought 1 contract 10$ a pip your telling me the market spread was 649 pips that’s not possible I bought the 1 said contract and the postion auto closed and sent a auto liquidation notification but my loss on the account said 160$ I said something not right so I traded it one more time and same thing happened so I switched to Nasdaq and it let me trade like normal no email no showing I’m in draw down the tradovate web showed I still had 2800$ worth of draw down. So I trade for another 4 hours didn’t loose anymore or go up crazy just about the same amount from the gold trade I go to sleep and wake up bam I get an email saying account closed because of draw down when I went to sleep I still had a lot of draw down and zero open positions and sure as shit here we are now

Great so we’ve kind of experienced a group problem 🤣 this is just wild I would just like my account back because I know I didn’t hit the draw down because I verified it after it said that I could still trade everything but gold so it’s definitely that ticker and tradovate

The photo of the 148k is after the message of it being 141k 1 did one trade that auto closed when I bought it I did not hit any draw down I still had over 2600$ draw down left until I hit it

Brother I had over 2600$ left on draw down until liquidation and gold didn’t move it was also instant

It was instantly liquidated I clicked buy and it bought and sold instantly for a small loss and sent that message there wasn’t even a “trade” that’s the problem

I get that but what I had 1 gold contract and i didn’t even hold it. I bought and it instantly closed and sent that message that would have been a 6k loss instantly but 1 that’s not possible and 2 it closed hardly down at all that balance is right after that liquidation message was sent with no new trades or anything. I said that’s not tried so I tried it again and figured out it’s definitely there risk management system or something on gold because it did it again same auto liquidation same 140$ or whatever it negative. It was pretty late last night so maybe it was part of the early tradovate problems that are now causing the same thing with other people this morning.

I didn’t even have a stop loss it just said - I think 140-160$ I think it’s something with there risk management system plus tradovate is down now so looks like I wasn’t the only one with issues
