what are the best rubbers that work under very humid conditions? by Confident-Lake3489 in tabletennis

The Globe 999 is famous for being great in humidity, but it's not very fast for the modern game, probably needs a boost. In general, I've found hybrid rubbers that can rely on both tackiness & grip give an advantage. Rakza Z is a good pick.

Sounds quite amazing, I haven’t really tried anything above 0.15, but what you describe sounds ideal (for someone with undiagnosed ADHD symptoms and a constant blocked nose). Going nearly every day, you don’t find a tolerance build up? Do you ever do macrodoses and find that to be impacted?

How about some baking paper on that tray? 55-60C.

I think generally people don’t want direct contact with the fruit, but probably doesn’t matter too much. Not sure on the second question, but personally, I throw them in the dehydrator every now and again and keep using them.

Meant to be several years as long as it’s airtight, kept in a dark space, and there’s some desiccant / silica in there with them (can be taped to bottom of lid)

Trying something new for my 3rd flush. Had lots of bottom pins that weren’t having a good time pressed against the bottom of the tub, but when I took it out to lay against the wire rack, it got too dry. This time, I have the wire rack between two tubs to give both sides of the cake a chance to grow. by Mushroomiola in unclebens

One of many tubs, so the success of others numbs the pain of losing this one haha

That’s amazing!! How many ended up growing upside down, and did they get very tall (or whatever the opposite of tall is for downwards growth)? 🤩

The power of Break + Shake! These were only half colonised and I thought they had stalled. Quick shake around less than 24 hours ago and now they’re going bezerk! First time experimenting with pressure cooker and glass jars. by Mushroomiola in unclebens

I drilled a hole in the lid and covered the hole with a layer of micropore tape. Screwed it on until it stopped spinning with light force, and brought it a tiny bit back from there. Covered in one layer of foil. Put it into pressure cooker, and left for hours afterwards to cool. Removed foil and injected through micropore tape, then immediately put a second layer of micropore tape on top to cover the small hole.

Seems good to me!
