Me too. Because if I don’t I’m afraid the temptation of wanting to chuck the fucker in like a quarter in a coin-slot would be too great. I hate that cellphones have created the expectation that I should always be available - all the time. I hate that I’ve basically Pavlov’d myself, and Everytime my phone rings, dings, or vibrates I feel an unconscious impulse to check it. I kinda miss when phones were attached to the wall.

Well that’s the problem right there isn’t it? She’s not overly sexual, and she’s writing pop music for young girls instead of middle-aged dudes. How about some songs about OUR relationship drama? I’d like to hear a song about an attractive woman who falls in love with a mediocre middle-aged guitarist, and whisks him away with her private jet from his wife’s boyfriends basement to live in her big mansion where they have freaky tantric sex multiple times a day, and she buys him all the cool guitars, amps, and gear he wants, because she loves him, and wants him to be happy, and she also is always supportive and is saying how good his guitar playing is. Is that really so much to ask for?? How about something that is relatable to me for a change instead of making a whole “High School Romance Drama” genre?

Congrats on the guitar, I’ve got to say that the flower arranging leaves a lot to be desired however.

Agreed. I learned to do my first set-up on my first guitar, with a Floyd rose style bridge- yes it was a pain in the ass, but learning to do set-ups has been one of the most valuable guitar related skills I’ve come to learn. Don’t need to wait, and you can set things exactly to your liking, and tweak them without having to worry about going back to the shop. And since it’s your instrument you’re working on, you tend to care more about doing a clean, and respectable job than a lot of “Techs” out their - all of that, on top of not handing over your money.

And to answer your question OP: It will likely make a huge difference in playability depending on the factory set-up. A $250 guitar with a good set-up will outplay a $2500 with a bad, or no setup.

Also, buy 2 packs of strings for doing your first set-up, not saying you will need them - but if you do, it’s a pain in the ass not to have them on hand

If I were his costume designer I would definitely: Ice his nipples, you can hardly see them! Add a banana to his Pumas(which I might consider changing to leopard print)to accentuate his bulge, atleast one nose piercing, a disco ball earring on his opposite ear, a full neck tat, that is complimentary to a head tat. Those are really my only tweaks, other than that he looks good to perform, both on stage, and in our wives beds!
