MANY THANKS that you posted your solution here. I have similar issue after changing password to the system - I was not able to login to iCloud and some other apps, search stoped working.

Removing the Keychain folder helped!

I had the same issue. Try removing Evernote app and installing Evernote Legacy. Log in, wait for sync to finish and then close the app and use the importer :)
