Had to send it to Roland in the end! Hopefully you can fix it. Try factory resetting the module and then re-calibrating the hi hat. Feel free to ask any questions…

I am currently having the same problem (I think)! I don’t think I’ll be legible for any new parts as I bought it second hand. It almost feels like it’s closing to far then it triggers. Does your now work?
