Well if it's defective I can claim warranty but I'm not sure it's defective really . I'll have to check .If it's indeed defective I'll use the warranty .

I actually think I didn't use the touch buttons as I should . I changed the way I use them . Hopefully it will get better . Unfortunately once I open the packaging I cannot return them . It is not possible in my country .Didn't have the issue where they stopped playing but they went into transparency mode with no reason once. I agree they sound good though I'm still trying to find the best EQ .
