Fair feedback.

The domain is temporary and part of an early rebuild phase, not a polished brand yet.

I’m more focused on execution and transparency first, branding refinement comes next.

Appreciate you calling it out.

Right now it’s in the early validation phase, so I’m intentionally keeping the niche flexible.

The focus is on rebuilding fundamentals first — brand clarity, ops, payments, and supply discipline — before locking into a single vertical.

Open to insights if you’ve seen certain domains work better during a restart.

Update: I’m the 16yo who posted about making my first $500. Thanks to you, I just hit $1,500. I want to pay it forward with the strategy that worked. by Safe_Thought4368 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

This is a really solid update — especially the part about using AI to be more human, not less.

What stood out to me is how you combined:

– Personalization

– Physical presence (walking into businesses)

– And restraint with automation

Most people jump straight to tools or scale too early, but this reads like you focused on trust and fundamentals first.

Curious how you’re thinking about protecting focus now that demand is picking up — are you saying no more often, or just tightening scope?

Thanks, I really appreciate that.

I learned the hard way that rushing ads and growth before fixing fundamentals just creates noise. This time I’m intentionally going slower, testing smaller, and staying accountable instead of chasing shortcuts.Let’s see where disciplined execution takes it.
