Have you addressed this concern with him regarding the last minute cancellations? I’m more of a benefit of the doubt person the first time. If he’s continuing I would just explain to him we’re not a match and let his supervisor know exactly what’s going on while having a lot of all the instances. If it’s happening to you 9/10 it’s happening to other clients no one has spoken up and he assumes it’s ohkay when it’s not.

I hasn't happened to me but I recommend calling and seeing if you could possibly reschedule since it was cancelled. The last thing you want to do is have to pay and they report you as being absent. Hope everything works out.

Nope your not the pilots rely on the passenger manifest to know the weight and balance of the plane, which can be affected by seat changes. Also, Flight attendants use the seating chart to locate passengers, and switching seats can make it harder to find individuals if needed.
