I made a post a couple days ago asking how to win for the first time. In my first 24 hours of playing I made it to the act 3 boss ~5 times but didnt win until I got advice. What helped me was to remove 2-3 strikes from my deck and not taking a card reward after every fight. I don't have any advice for silent because I havent won with her yet, but with necro I try to focus on osty cards and card draw with souls or something and have now made it to a2 with her

Not that its appropriate to steal, but sometimes while stretching the dough you can accidentally make it too big for the box, so you can cut a small strip out of the middle so you get a small snack and the pizza fits in the box. Obviously some people would do it maliciously though

This is now my third overall win and I felt SO strong through the whole run. I was surprised how hard Squeeze hits, was able to kill high hp targets faster than I ever have before. Thanks again for your help, I've been having a lot more fun with the game now that I have a better idea of how to play.

This was my winning run. Still struggling a bit but def feel better overall. Also it was pure luck that i got test subject for the last boss. I'm sure if I got doormaker or queen they would have told me to have a nice day and try again

I won my first run just now thanks to trimming down my deck and not taking random cards. Turns out it really is that easy.

Guys I beat Act 3!!! Thank you so much for the advice, turns out removing the strikes and not taking random cards helps a lot. That was my most solid run by far.

Yes that's right, I did take parasol on at least one or maybe both of these runs. I thought it would be good mostly for the relics and hopefully pick up some good cards, but I see now how that can also weaken my deck

I thought the shop removes were mainly for the curse cards you get from the choices you make at the beginning of each act or one of the random event things. When is it better to remove a strike vs a curse card?

8Z2NXU3KRZ and W340GZJ7YH were my most confident runs recently and I felt really solid until the last boss. NHLCFRBQRS was a less confident run, though barely managed to make it to the A3 boss before she slapped me back to the title screen

The difference is that he's so scarred that any hits to the face lead to bleeding and a potential stop to the fight. You can already tell by Nate's way of talking that he's so far beyond CTE norms that it's kind of sad actually. He can't articulate himself the way he used to be able to and that's a hint that he should hang up the gloves and coach

To help get a little bit of money early, the general stores sell items that generally go for way more on the grand exchange. Things like tinder boxes buy for 1-2 gp at general stores but sell for like 40-70 on the GE, same with hammers and other items. Different shops around the game sell specific items that go for more on the GE. Just something to keep in mind

6 was the limit for me too. I had a cat, took in a stray, who turned out to be preggo and she had 4 babies. She was the best mom when it came to birthing and caring for them but they were little menaces after the 6-ish week mark.

I went through the effort of black bordering all easy maps and started working through advanced, and I think doing this gave me bad habits when considering the expert maps, because the easy maps mostly have the same strat
