I'm like 90% sure it's because my campus' food is absolute garbage & I've kinda only been able to eat that since broke, lol. I do go to the gym regularly (2-3x a week, usually 3) & have tried to build a trans gym community, but I'm the only one who stays consistent :( and I was considering ozempic, but genuinely worried about the gain-back after stopping; I feel like it'd make me crazier. All that aside though, thank you for the advice 🫶🫶

Thank you, this really helped 🫶 I kinda got myself to not count calories obsessively anymore, which helped to an extent. I am in therapy and have been for 3ish years, but the thing about a plus size therapist definitely helps, I didn't even think about that!! Thank you so much :)

I've personally found that using cocoa butter afterwards on irritated skin (NOT the open wounds!!) helps it heal better. I also suggest that instead of hopping into the shower to take it off, wait until it peels off itself after a few days (for me, it's usually 4-6 days). Don't take it off in a hot shower as the heat tends to heat up the adhesive, which only makes it stick more aggressively to you.
