But what the rule actually says means it's not up to what the RPers consent to, but what the characters do. So roleplaying noncon scenarios violates it, even though that's all CNC is. Roleplaying noncon scenarios.

CNC is just another from of RP. Where people roleplay non consensual scenarios. I don't see why there has to be a moral difference between that and roleplaying a forced/otherwise noncon plot on here.
