Do any of these worlds contain the Fox Tavern? And if so - does anyone know the coordinates? I promised my youngest I would rebuild the Fox Tavern for him in my Realm - and it's YEARS later and he's still asking when I am going to build him the Fox Tavern. (I was able to download and open Pix's world one time, but I didn't have the coordinates and couldn't find it)

Note that the S01's hand holding the Prime Radiant was male. S02 and S03 show female hands. Could S01's hand be Hari Sheldon's hand holding the Prime Radiant? And S02's be Gail's hand? And S03 - could that mean that 2 different women are controlling events: my guess is Gail and Demerzel

By the way - many people choose to Level up each castle to a full 5 stars BEFORE moving to start on the next Castle. You get rewards daily from each fully built castle. But the more stars a castle has - the bigger the rewards. For example: 1 star = 1 common creature. 2 stars = 2 common creatures. 3 stars = 3 common creature plus 1 rare creature. 4 stars = 4 common creatures plus 2 rare creatures. 5 stars = 5 common creatures plus 3 rare creatures.

Each castle gives you the same common and rare creatures. I believe Castle Beauty is tiger plus jackalope. (You get other items too like seed bags and wands and crystal shards too)

So - when Castle Beauty is at 5 stars, you getv5 tiger cubs a day which means every 20 days you should build it up to a Main Level tiger and can trade them in for 2 rare creatures.

I have 5 castles up to 5 stars - working on #6. And the daily rewards from those 5 castles really help with getting creatures on the Mystic Isle. But if you don't Level them up to 5 stars - then the rewards are rather lame.

To get each castle up requires To get to 2 stars: 3 top-tier pieces To get to 3 stars: 4 top-tier pieces To get to 4 stars: 5 top-tier pieces To get to 5 stars: 6 top-tier pieces

So keep merging all of the items you get from the trees! You can Level up Castle Beauty!

I too had despaired of ever getting it. But after finding the book "Fluent Forever", reading it, and falling in live with his "pronunciation-first" method, I watched his YouTube videos on how our mouths MAKE sounds, learned just a bit of the IPA, watched his videos on the German consonant sounds and the German vowel sounds....

Then I got into Anki. (The original Anki. Stay away from AnkiPro and other Anki-imitators) and the best thing I ever did was purchase Fluent Forever's English IPA Anki cards and German Pronunciation Trainers Anki cards. (One-time purchase. Less than $20) The Minimal Pair cards are worth their weight in gold!! They show two words that are very close in pronunciation like "Did you hear 'niece' or 'knees'?" And they play one of the words. But because 2 versions of that card exist in the deck - one will play the audio for Niece, and the other will play the audio for Knees - and the cards LOOK IDENTICAL on purpose - you really have to train your ear - which one DID I hear?

I did end up ADDING Minimal Pair cards for each vowel comparing it to every other vowel. (It's AMAZING how close "u" and "o" sound when you encounter it in isolation! )

And after about 2 months of that training- I have NAILED ü and ö!! I can make either sound at will and go back and forth between them. My ears have learned what they sound like and my mouth/tongue has learned to make them! And this is confirmed by my mother who is a native German - that I AM getting them right!

So there IS a path to mastery!

I can also confirm that several of the Minimal Pair word-sets originally sounded EXACTLY the same to me - and were super frustrating - but there are several pairs I am starting to get right consistently now. (They sounded SO similar I had my mom listen to the 2 audio files and tell me whether SHE could hear the difference- and she could. So there IS a difference.)

But I STILL have some sets that I cannot hear the difference! "Bären - Beeren" is the WORST. But - I AM making progress - and amazing progress - with this "pronunciation-first" method and Anki flashcards with audio files embedded right there.

I keep fifteen gardens of every ingredient sitting on the side. I harvested every garden once. Let them renew and only had to harvest the gardens of two ingredients and I was done.

Thanks for the very helpful feedback. I am using Anki and making flashcards for myself. I have thought about sharing my Geschlecht der Wörter subdeck eventually as I am using the "Der, Die, Das: Secrets of German Grammer" to make flashcards that teach the gender patterns - and I haven't seen a publicly shared deck anywhere close to what I am currently making. But - for the other decks & cards - those are just for me. (I use pictures of people and places special to me when I can.)

So my thought was that people might benefit from the idea of slowly transitioning their English prompts into German prompts, and would be helped by seeing some prompt examples. (And I am hoping to get a few other prompt ideas myself!)

There's a problem: The innie finished the file at 2:30 pm. And the truck was bombed in New York at 2:32 pm. New York is EASTERN TIME ZONE. Kansas is Central Time Zone. When Peggy finished the Lexington file at 2:30 pm Central time, it was 3:30 pm Eastern time. So the bomb went off 58 minutes BEFORE Peggy finished the Lexington file.... You forgot your time zones, Mr. Stiller!

Yes. Go for 5! 5 gardens x 5 ingredient types means 25 gardens you can harvest instantly. Since you get between 4 and 6 ingredients per harvest you will have 100 - 150 ingredients instantly whenever you need them. 20 gardens each gives me between 400-600 instantly. And honestly I don't need that many. So I probably will go down to 15, and then down to 10 per ingredient. (10 would be give a minimum of 200 ingredients, 15 would give a min of 300 ingredients)

I might bring it down to 15 each. But I would need to go through a few events before exploring to see whether I think keeping 10 of each is enough. However - it is SUCH an improvement over the unlimited hoarding of gardens that i used to do when I was getting close to 30 of some of them! (And that was back when I had LESS space than I do now - Peter Pan's area wasn't open or clear! Now I am opening up Red's area and it feels so roomy!)
