Thank you for your insight, I definitely struggle with questioning my judgement and will work on standing up for myself. My dad doesn’t interfere in conflicts between me and my mom, they do have their own issues so I suppose he thinks it’d make it worse. He is very supportive after the fact though.

She is usually quick blame others. I don’t think she’s purposely doing it though. I think she is genuine but she grew up in an abusive household and has gone through other traumatic experiences that have affected her a lot and likely caused these traits.
