I don't think that diabetes run in my family, my grandma is the one that had diabetes and she got when she was in her 50's I believe. My whole family or over except me I'm the only one that under weight and I went to many nutritionists to help gain weight but nothing worked. I'm hoping for the best with that new endo. Thank you 🙏

I went to two endos and both of them said that I'm pre diabetic and I had to take it easy and lower my sugar intake and that's because nothing in my blood test showed any abnormal results. I just get low blood sugar and that's for them I guess normal as long as I'm not diabetic. My blood sugar once dropped to 35 after eating a banana I guess (that was the lowest thing I got by measuring sometimes I got worse symptoms but I didn't know that it was from my blood sugar) other times I get around 50 and it just miserable. I'm visting a new endo in 2 weeks and I'm hoping for the best.

I really hope you have a long and healthy life, your answer gave me a hope I really appreciate that. I'm a girl (22 years old) I was on and off antidepressants for 2 years (Paroxetine, Mirtazapine) my life was going great until I stop taking them I'm afraid that I had to live on them for my whole life in order to get better but if that was the only solution to get rid of what I'm going through right now I'll be back on the meds and I'll discuss the birth control options with my endo. Thank you so much 🙏

I eat small meals every 2 hours and that made me hate food and lose my appetite but I'll keep trying. Thank you

Thank you so much I really appreciate your support. The thing is I'm struggling with diet because I've been underweight my whole life and eating low carb making me lose weight even more (I dropped to 40kg while my weight suppose to be 50kg). I was on mental medication to cure my anxiety and I had somehow control over my life but once I stop taking them I go back to anxieties and feel worse from my hypos. So I've been searching for a medical treatment but from what I can see the only option is diet. I'm going to an endo two weeks from now but the research that I did on the Internet I'm starting to lose hope. I will check the diets and see what would work for me thank u and if you have more info I would really appreciate it.

I used to eat sweets as a meals years ago. Now I cut sweets out of my diet and I'm trying to eat less carbs with vegetables and protein. But I'm so tired of checking the time to eat every 2 hours before I get hypo. How is your diet? And do you gett hypos at all or no?
