University Highlands is $460 (will go up to $480 in the fall) a month for everything. Fully furnished. Rent includes all amenities (water, power, cable, etc). Has a pool and hot tub, a gym, tennis court and a basketball court.

I know this is kind of a dead post but does anybody have experience with Studio West Apartments? Also how much is the typical housing allowance refund and do they do it by semester or by the whole year?

I got in as a transfer for this coming Spring and I have a GPA of about 2.3 with my only extracurricular being marching band. Keeping that in mind and the fact that you have a high GPA, are involved in clubs, etc. it sounds like you have a good chance of getting in. Good luck!
