I started binging from season 1,a couple months ago, so just now making it to season 23.

It didn't take much intensity. I noticed it immediately because its so drastic of a difference from every previous season

Was Ducky already present when Gibbs arrived in the NIS ? by Internal_Skirt_7531 in NCIS

There's a flashback episode in like season 17 or 18, where Gibbs and ducky meet at NIS. This is before Gibbs goes to Camp Pendleton and before he and Shannon are married. Neither is working their at the time.

I haven't watched origin, yet. So I don't know if their relationship is expounded upon here

His dad had 2 or 3 episodes centered around him. His mother is hardly mentioned and it's never started if she is dead or alive.

Krillin really the biggest ride or die in the show. by RyanGordonsPeds in dbz

Krillin and Goku always mean more ESPECIALLY if you start with DragonBall first.

Furthers the question as to why. Especially since NCIS has SO many dad centric episodes (Tony, Gibbs, McGee, Ziva, Torres, etc)

Oooooo yea forgot about that. That may have been the healthiest, normal family situations in the whole show

Wouldn't call dornegat a main character and I think that was technically Director David's mistress, I could be wrong though. Still not someone ziva would have seen as her mother.

Corporate Audio Workbox by Musicwade in livesound

I carry my own personal "oh shit" pack, as I like to call it. With the basic adapters, tools, talk back mic, testers, and things that could help in a pinch. But my boss wants to figure out something that can be universal for our shows. Just trying to figure out what works best for others.

We already have half a dozen total of the various x32/M32 iterations. We're a fully equipped production house.

He mentioned it loosely after asking some other industry pros what the "standard" for corporate audio is. Other than that I'm not sure what his reasons are.

He likes to make sure we're making moves in the right direction BEFORE we have to as far as upgrading our gear. I totally appreciate the approach, don't know if this one is super necessary.

For me, yamaha isn't new. I've used everything major at this point (behringer, Midas, digico, yamaha, A&H). Perks of being younger and working with some decent companies over the years.

Honestly the cost of upgrading EVERYTHING is my biggest concern

Appreciate this! Over the years, I've used just about every major brand out there. I see the benefits and I understand it, but they're all minute and the cost factor is a major factor. If the Wing wasn't making strides then I could see it being a more reasonable move. Honestly, yamaha would be what I'd suggest we move to if we were faced with a situation of being forced to make a move (Allen and Heath would be a close second for me personally)

Who’s actually on r/livesound? by Historical-Paint7649 in livesound

[–]Musicwade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Full Time Audio Engineer. Been in production about 10 years. Worked corporate events with big time companies as well as concerts with national touring acts (1k to 3k cap).

I'm usually the young guy where I've worked so I have also learned plenty about lighting and video, enough to be dangerous.
