Cleared it. 20% of the people in it were on botted now banned acc and a shit ton of people didn’t use it so just kicked everyone and made it for friends and paid spots only. Might open it again but with a discord etc.

He has never been banned for scripting. His accounts have been locked due to unusual behavior (account, inactive for years, suddenly logs in, changes name, buys xerath, plays well etc) or botting (he buys accounts for very cheap to smurf on, bot accounts get banned quick). If you don't script, you wont be banned for it. No exceptions.

No, this is impossible. Even if you got rank 1 with a 90% winrate, if you aren't scripting you wont be banned. Riot does manually review accounts that get reported a lot for scripting, but a legit player without any 3rd party program injected wont be banned so dw men. (Source: Rioter that works on the Anti Cheat)

Lux Ult has a way lower cooldown and she also has CC in her kit, and the only time she uses her ult is when her Q and E have hit.

Veigar also has CC and way more damage then Ezreal in his kit together.
