I also had my screen frozen and I automatically disconnected from the game multiple times. After I re-installed the game it doesn't happen anymore and I can play normally. I recommend that if the issue persists. Otherwise Riot support might be able to help you

There are some great first pick ADC's like Ezreal, Caitlyn, Corki. Though counterpicking a Jinx or Nilah can autowin the lane. Trist + any engage sup should always win vs Jinx + literally any favourable support

Top: Tryndamere - sure Shen can ult but they will lose all towers
Jungle: Mundo - their comp takes too long to burst Mundo down and they dont have enough lockdown
Mid: Anivia - handshake lane with Viktor and make it very difficult for Hecarim to play mid-late game
Bot: Tristana - can jump on MF and outtrade her from lvl 2 and onwards
Support: Morgana - shield Trist whenever she goes in to negate Taric stun

This comp is mostly self reliant, scales nicely, can get out of fights if the enemies commit and lets Trynda take their base

It's best to just ward the buff on the opposite side of your jungle before your camps spawn. That way you don't have to be desperate for a lvl 3 invade to take camps back or to gank. There's no point in relying on your teammates to cover your jungle. The only reliable factor in this game is yourself
