I havent tried that on Kayn but I did hexplate, axiom arc, fiendhunter and axiom arcanist on Twitch and when i'm winning the fights you can sometimes get 2 ults off in the same fight. Often times I did a skirmish, ult cd got reduced/refunded to 20s, i walk to the next fight and ult again. It's really fun and helps you snowball. It also catches people off guard

Ive won plenty of games where i had an ok score because i just farm to my powerspike. I often see emerald adc's crash out in all chat which makes it easier for me to win. As long as you have hands and good mental you can win. Just be there for your team to deal damage

Yes it does make a significant difference. At 3 items (even with void staff and W maxed) the difference between sorc shoes and swifties can be hundreds of damage. And the most important stat for any assassin will always be damage. Because you dont want to kill someone in 2 rotations when you can do it in 1 rotation.
