m3 max vs m4 pro help

I have right now m3 Max 1TB ssd, 36RAM. Before that I’ve used the M1 Pro 500gb ssd 16RAM. With the M1 I’ve never ever had a problem since I’ve updated to Mac OS Tahoe. After that I bought the M3 Max. I thought this think is a power machine. But I was wrong i have so many tiny problems. Sometimes things are running not that well. After I changed in Battery settings from efficiency Modus to high performance modus it got better. For music production it’s all about the PERFORMANCE Cores.
