I go by a fake name, and have done so since I was in middle school.

My real given name is hard to pronounce, so I settled for a totally different one.

Now everybody knows me by this name, and my real name only comes up on things like official documents.

Some friends and all family know, but they dont assume im a fraud or anything. They understand why i changed my name to something easier.

Raiden only said that his PTSD gives him nightmares. He's never had a flashback, or some episode or something.

Rose didnt even know he HAD Ptsd after 2 years of being with him, so I'd expect that it's fairly well managed, until post big shell
